I have had these cute little “jackrabbits” pinned on my Pinterest for sometime now. Until a few weeks ago, I had not been able to find a pattern for them. Needless to say I was elated to find out that there is now a pattern for these available for instant download by eineldee on Etsy. You can find the shop here. They also have a few other reeeally cute patterns!I try to always put something homemade in the children’s Easter basket. This year they each received a rabbit of a different color. They love them, and it makes every stitch worth it! (Especially when every stitch brought on an increasingly worse case of carpal tunnel! Ick. I think I’ll have to lay off the crochet for awhile.)

I made Madeleine’s bunny with a tad bit smaller head, and added fabric to her ears to help her look a bit more girly.

With all this talk about bunnies, I think it’s time to introduce you to our newest little pet, Beatrice the Bunny. She arrived just in time for Easter and the children are completely in love.   Hope everyone had a wonderful Easter!
