Hello! My name is Bridgette.
I am living my dream life in sunny Florida with my wonderful husband, Nick, and our four little ones. I love just about anything crafty; sewing, crochet, embroidery, cross stitching, paper crafts , fabric… (Yes, I believe fabric is a wonderful entity all of its own. ) I usually have a project, or a gazillion projects, going at all times and luckily my husband puts up with my “sewing bombs” that can go off at any point in any area of the house.
I first learned to sew as a young girl, but it is my family and children that are my driving inspiration today. I want to create and make beautiful, quality things that they can love and play with and treasure for a long time.
This is my life. These are my loves. Welcome to my hearth and home. I always have coffee and a variety of tea on hand so pull up a chair and stay awhile.

Does anyone know if seam allowances are included in Bridgettes pattern instructions? I’m doing Market squares and wondering if the cutting size instructions include the 1/4” seam allowance? Thanks!
